- eDOT has the right to request Personal Data and/or further information about you if you intend to exercise your rights over your Personal Data on the eDOT platform. Your request will be processed by eDOT if you have provided sufficient proof of identity to access your Personal Data. eDOT has the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your request if:
- Your request to access Personal Data relates to and/or has references to Personal Data of another party other than you; and/or
- Your request to access Personal Data is not relevant to the purpose of processing Personal Data by eDOT; and/or
